The Role**This is primarily a remote role; however, candidates must be located in one of the following Provinces: Ontario, Quebec**
This role will own the engine that brings the right companies to magicplan—from first touch to qualified lead. You'll plan and execute campaigns across channels (email, paid, events, partnerships) and create the content that fuels it all.

Experience in restoration, construction, field services, or insurance tech.

Hands-on experience with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, , Clay, Google Analytics) and automation platforms.

Content creation is one of your superpowers. You've created content that resonates with specific verticals or technical audiences—you know how to speak their language.

You've built and optimized outbound engines.

Acquisition Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute multi-channel campaigns (email sequences, webinars, trade shows, paid media) that generate qualified leads.

Content Creation: Write and produce the content that powers our demand engine—landing pages, email sequences, lead magnets, webinar decks, industry articles, and more.

Outbound/Inbound Engine: Optimize our outbound/inbound machine. Define ICP audiences, craft messaging, and iterate based on results.

Industry Presence: Manage relationships with industry stakeholders, coordinate events, and identify partnership opportunities in the space.

Activation Support: Collaborate with Sales and Product to create content and sequences that accelerate pre-qualified leads toward conversion.

Website & SEO: Contribute to our organic acquisition strategy—programmatic content, SEO/AEO optimization, and website conversion improvements.

Measure What Matters: Own campaign execution and channel performance, track pipeline contribution, and continuously improve based on data.
