How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth for Air Liquide Home Health Care in Ontario. This role will focus on developing and expanding referral marketing and B2B models by collaborating closely with Area Managers, clinical team, key stakeholders, and external partners to enhance business opportunities. The successful candidate will identify, develop, and implement business strategies that increasemarket share and brand presence while ensuring optimal customer experience.
● Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth in Ontario, with a particular emphasis on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
● Build and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, industry partners, and relevant institutions to enhance the referral base and generate business leads.
● Expand the B2B business model by building strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other industry partners to grow the customer base and referral network.
● Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in the home healthcare sector. Leverage this data to inform strategic planning.
● Foster long-term relationships with existing partners (Hospitals, Sleep Clinics and LTCFs) and key referral partners to ensure ongoing satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.
● Develop plans and monitor KPIs to track the effectiveness of business strategies, evaluate referral programs, and adjust tactics as needed to meet or exceed targets.
● Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to Area Managers and their teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to increase referrals to the branch.
● Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment in strategic goals, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
● Increase referral marketing effectiveness by implementing key training programs and methodologies through training sessions and regular field coaching visits
● Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines regional sales system improvements, provides forward thinking solutions and implements change when necessary.
● Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations and ethical standards.
● Collaborates with Area Managers on planning sales activities to drive referrals per branch and address feedback from referral sources on service delivery.
● Monitors competitive activity and performance and keeps the Marketing team, Area and Regional Managers abreast of regional news and competitive activities and trends.
● Provides regular updates on key selling initiatives, major win/loss reviews, and market intelligence.
● Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Science/Masters preferred.
● 3-5 years of related experience in sales/business management in homecare/healthcare and/or medical services.
● Proven record of sales/business management success and strong performance ideally in the medical devices sector.
● Ability to network, prospect and empower, inspire and maximize the potential of a committed sales team.
● Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Computer literacy with Google Suite and analytical skills are essential.
● 3-4 days/week in the field
● Ability to travel up to 50%, with overnight stay when needed
