About the team:

The Marketing team sits at the center of 's growth engine. This team directly impacts pipeline, revenue, and how the brand shows up in the market. They are strategic, creative, and relentlessly focused on building one of the most exciting and differentiated brands in the revenue technology space.

What you'll be doing:

As our Senior Brand & Marketing Designer, you'll own the visual expression of our brand across every surface and evolve it for the next chapter of growth. This is a high-ownership design role. You'll build upon the success we've had to date to lead and execute brand across web, social, event campaigns, video/podcast assets, and sales enablement – building systems that make quality scalable.

Success in this role means the brand feels cohesive and premium across every touchpoint, production speeds up without sacrificing quality, and the team operates with clear, reusable systems that scale as volume increases.

Brand & identity

  • Evolve and enforce a cohesive brand system across all channels
  • Translate positioning and strategy into a clear, compelling visual language
  • Set and uphold the quality bar for anything external-facing

Marketing & collateral

  • Design high-impact sales decks, pitch materials, and thought leadership content
  • Build campaign creative across paid, organic, events, and product launches
  • Turn complex, technical ideas into clear and compelling visual outputs

Web & product marketing

  • Design web pages, landing pages, and product storytelling experiences
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to visually explain complex systems
  • Think in systems and optimize for clarity, conversion, and credibility

Video & motion

  • Create and direct visual concepts for video, motion, and product walkthroughs
  • Design motion graphics and social clips where motion adds real value
  • Collaborate with editors or freelancers as needed to bring ideas to life

Creative leadership

  • Act as a creative partner to Marketing, Product, and executive leadership
  • Work alongside our contractors, providing specific feedback to elevate design when deliverables compromise the bar for quality
  • Ensure maintains a sharp look conveying our status as a premium brand supporting global enterprise customers
What we're looking for:

Background in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics and/or Statistics

  • 6-10 years of brand or visual design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex technical products
  • A portfolio demonstrating range, taste, and systems thinking
  • You've built modular brand systems (components, templates, and guidelines) that scale across channels and teams
  • Experience working directly with C-suite and cross-functional leaders on presentation decks
  • High-craft brand execution across key marketing surfaces, including web and landing pages, decks, campaigns, and motion/video assets
  • End-to-end ownership with speed and rigor – you move fast without lowering the bar
  • Strong opinions and stronger judgment – you can articulate the "why," advocate for quality, and make smart tradeoffs when constraints show up
  • Website redesign experience, including partnering with developers and/or managing external agencies to ship polished, performant pages
  • Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, presentation deck design, video tools, and modern web design
  • You don't need to code, but you've worked closely with developers, and can deliver clean, build-ready files and specs that translate into final production accurately
