 We are looking for a Business student to join the ATCO Work and Asset Management team. Work term starts in May 2026 for 8 or 12-month period in Edmonton. 

This position provides support to the Work Management team by assisting with the coordination and stabilization of the Work and Asset Management Program. The role works closely with project and technical groups and offers direct exposure to Transmission and Distribution operations.

The successful candidate will contribute to day-to-day operational support, data management, and process improvement activities, while gaining hands-on experience with work management practices.

Who you are: 

  • Must be enrolled in a co-op (or internship) program at a recognized Canadian university. 

  • Working towards a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

What you will do: 

  • Support the Work Management team in their interactions with project, technical, and operational stakeholders.
  • Assist with data entry, validation, and analysis related to work and asset management activities.
  • Retrieve requested information and compile documentation to support operational and program needs.
  • Monitor, update, and support the development of work management processes and procedures.
  • Provide exposure to and interaction with Transmission and Distribution operations teams.
  • Support collaboration efforts with related programs such as Grid Modernization and Customer Experience initiatives.
  • Represent Work Management, as required, in cross-functional discussions and coordination activities.

Software's Used 

  • Maximo, OFS, Azure Data Lake SQL Server.
