The Opportunity
The Social Media & Content Specialist is responsible for developing and executing Duliban Insurance Brokers' social media content with a primary focus on video creation. This is a production driven role centered on filming, editing, and publishing short and long-form video content that supports brand growth, lead generation, and audience engagement. The role owns the day-to-day execution of social media content, turning internal expertise into clear, engaging video that builds trust and positions Duliban as a knowledgeable insurance brokerage, while also supporting written and visual content such as captions, blogs, newsletters, and graphics. Success is measured through content performance metrics including engagement, website traffic, qualified leads, and sustained growth across social media channels.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies for Duliban Insurance Brokers to increase engagement, followers, and leads.
  • Create high-quality photo and video posts using Canva, Adobe Premiere, and other editing software as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content meets brand guidelines and is valuable to our audiences.
  • Manage content calendar organization, keep a backlog of content for all platforms in rotation, future planning for long term strategy, and short term campaigns.
  • Regular reporting on progress across all social media channels using Zoho, AHREFs, GA4, and standard analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media and marketing trends. Provide insights into best practices, suggest strategy updates, and share campaign ideas.
  • Assist with events, charitable campaigns, referral programs, or other marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Manage the internal communication hub, branch TVs, internal and external newsletters, Google my Business profiles, and other online profiles.

Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, design, social media, or a related field.
  • Experience creating digital content (graphics, photos, and videos). Experience with Canva or Adobe Premiere is required.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as AHREFs, GA4, and Meta is an asset.
