We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is fundamental to our daily warehouse operations, involving a variety of tasks that keep our logistics running smoothly. You will be involved in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse maintenance. The ideal candidate is a reliable and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where efficiency and accuracy are key. We provide all necessary training and emphasize a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. This position requires physical fitness and the ability to handle a range of warehouse duties. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Strict adherence to all safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to maintain a secure work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation and cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety.
- Assist with Loading and unloading trucks.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety vests and steel-toed boots.
