In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient flow of goods, performing a wide range of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping orders. This position requires physical stamina and dexterity, as you will be involved in regular lifting, moving, and handling of materials. Comprehensive training will be provided for all aspects of the job, including equipment operation. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Organize and maintain stock within the distribution center.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and organized.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical strength and stamina, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
