Seeking a motivated Picker/Packer to join our San Antonio, Texas distribution center. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You'll be picking items from shelves, carefully packing them, and preparing them for shipment. This position requires physical fitness, including the ability to perform consistent lifting and stand for extended periods. - Accurately select and retrieve products from designated warehouse locations based on customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Securely pack items using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Ensure all orders are correctly labeled and prepared for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.
- Strictly follow all company safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily fulfillment targets within our logistics operations.
- Undertake tasks requiring regular lifting of up to 45 lbs, bending, and standing for extended durations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and utilizing PPE.
- Physical capacity to handle the job requirements, including frequent lifting.
