Responsibilities:
- Manage the receiving process, ensuring all goods are accurately accounted for.
- Organize and stock inventory in an efficient and systematic manner.
- Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking items according to specifications.
- Package products securely to ensure safe delivery.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Comply with all safety regulations and consistently use required PPE.
- Support the overall logistics team in meeting operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability for lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using warehouse equipment and tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Understanding of inventory management principles and logistics best practices.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
