Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
- Accurately stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders using scanning devices and order sheets.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load outbound shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong commitment to adhering to Safety regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
