We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our warehouse in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This position is the backbone of our e-commerce operations, responsible for ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our valued customers. You will be working with a variety of products, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS), and operating equipment safely. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong organizational skills, and thrives in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include order picking using RF scanners, precise packing of items, labeling, and staging orders for shipment. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, requiring the use of proper PPE and adherence to all safety guidelines, including safe lifting practices. Your ability to work efficiently and accurately directly impacts customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics operations. This role requires standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. We are looking for team players who are reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute to a positive warehouse culture. - Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Label and stage orders for outbound logistics.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct quality checks on packed orders.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Participate in team goals and objectives.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
