We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to our clients. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing modern picking technologies and adhering to strict safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring no damage during transit.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and potentially other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order tickets and item labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
