Job Summary:
Join our growing Distribution Center in Nashville, Tennessee, as a Distribution Center Associate. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our supply chain. You will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping orders. A strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and safety is required. We are committed to providing a safe work environment, and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. The position demands physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, and wear required PPE.
  • Contribute to team efforts and achieve operational goals.
  • Load and unload trucks as directed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
  • Ability to handle consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Understanding of safety practices and commitment to using PPE.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for an entire shift.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
