Join our exciting Fulfillment Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is key to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipping, and preparing orders for dispatch. Accuracy, speed, and efficiency are paramount in this fast-paced logistics environment. We are committed to a safe workplace, and all associates are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow strict safety protocols. This position involves considerable physical activity, including regular Lifting of products ranging from light to moderately heavy, typically up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Process orders using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and scanning.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics is beneficial.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and willingness to use PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for the entire shift.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency.
