Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment? Our Durham, North Carolina location is seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate. This role is central to our order processing and delivery system, requiring individuals who are energetic, organized, and committed to accuracy. You'll be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, contributing to our overall logistics efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using scanners and order lists.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Assemble products and ensure correct items are shipped.
- Stage completed orders for shipment, ensuring they are ready for loading.
- Receive incoming goods, verify quantities, and assist with put-away.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as directed.
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and support overall logistics.
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed, contributing to a smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must wear appropriate PPE, such as safety shoes and vests.
- Understanding of basic logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
