Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through careful tracking and reporting.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventories.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or operational issues.
- Support logistics operations and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
- Capability of lifting and moving items up to 40 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
