Are you a motivated individual looking for a Picker/Packer position in our St. Louis, Missouri facility? We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented team members to join our vibrant logistics department. As a Picker/Packer, you will be instrumental in accurately fulfilling customer orders by selecting items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. This role demands accuracy, speed, and a strong commitment to quality control. You will be responsible for picking items based on order sheets or using scanning devices, carefully packaging them to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, and applying appropriate labels. Attention to detail is critical to ensure order accuracy and minimize errors. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all associates must strictly adhere to Safety guidelines and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. The job involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of boxes and standing for extended periods. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, efficient, and have a positive attitude. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
- Inspect picked items for quality and damage.
- Pack items securely for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous picking and packing experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good manual dexterity and accuracy.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
