We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking items, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. This role requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against order details.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring they are properly sealed and labeled.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Familiarity with logistics and warehouse operations is a plus.
