Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the smooth flow of inventory from receipt to shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory with accuracy and care.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (if certified).
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies or issues.
  • Assist with loading outbound shipments.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and process orders.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to PPE usage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines.
