Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency in logistics.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities in good working order.
- Coordinate with carriers and third-party logistics providers.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational costs.
- Implement and improve operational procedures to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
- Manage scheduling of staff to meet operational demands.
