Work closely with the HIEA Program Manager to understand the broader context of projects and their intended impact in meeting program goals. Maintain an awareness and understanding of the agency's strategic business vision, mission, objectives, priorities, relevant legislation, governance, and funding sources & deadlines. In addition to the duties described above, the HIEA may have internal projects with low-to-medium complexity in which HIEA project managers perform the following. Full project management lifecycle support and documentation, including scoping, requirements, and scheduling; and adoption of agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate. Regular high-level or detailed project status reporting and presentations. Support for internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) including documentation, diagrams, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
