Own and implement software programs across stacks and technologies, with a focus on front-end Ship new features from concept to production Work closely with our UI/UX designers to create beautiful products Build fast, reusable components and libraries to maintain consistency across the brand Ensure cross-browser performance and accessibility Qualifications
5+ years experience in front-end software engineering Not a vibecoder Uses Claude Code, Cursor or other AI dev tools to empower, not replace Proficiency in React, Typescript, and similar technologies Self motivated, willing to push your comfort zone in order to make something feel great Strong attention to detail and ability to self-QA before handing off to the greater team Strong communication skills, check-ins, asking questions, etc Actionable taste for interaction details like motion, typography, and affordance
