We are looking for a motivated, driven, self-starter for the newly created role of Business Intelligence Analyst. The ideal candidate for this role will possess an analytic mind, excellent communication skills and a passion for customer success.
Primary Responsibilities:
Functional business grouping of cloud IT environments for prospects and customers Data analysis of cost, usage, performance, and availability in cloud IT environments Business analysis of our customer's cloud cost allocation processes Implementing our cloud analytics platform into our customer's cloud cost and IT environments Prospect and customer project management and support Liaison between customer and engineering Qualifications:
MS or BS in IT or Finance, CS with MBA 2-5+ years relevant experience Finance and data analytics Business intelligence and project management Database programming in languages such as MySQL, R, SPSS Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or equivalent Working knowledge of IT and cloud infrastructure Working knowledge of financial business processes Superior communication and organizational skills Proven outstanding customer awareness and success
