Your Contributions Matter In this exciting role, you will develop and implement applications utilizing generative large language models such as GPT-4, Claude, and Llama. Your responsibilities will include: Optimizing generative AI applications for peak performance, scalability, and reliability. Engaging in red teaming activities to assess the robustness and accuracy of the applications. Staying abreast of the latest AI and machine learning advancements, with the goal of suggesting new technology implementations. Designing and developing APIs for seamless interaction with AI models. Addressing and resolving issues arising from AI applications effectively. Your everyday tasks may also involve: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, preprocess, and input data for model training, while also participating in discussions on model architecture. Customizing and fine-tuning machine learning models to meet specific business needs and streamline complexity. Conducting model training with advanced optimization techniques, including hyperparameter tuning. Evaluating model performance using standard metrics and contributing to full automation and deployment processes. Writing high-quality, production-ready code for platform deployment, supporting embedded engineering teams in implementing models to achieve business objectives. Qualifications to Consider Minimum Qualifications: Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with no experience. A deep understanding of various machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised learning. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in deploying and scaling machine learning models using cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), Kubernetes orchestration, and ML model monitoring tools. Knowledge of big data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka. Proficient in Go or Java for backend development and integration with data science applications. Demonstrated experience in machine learning, generative AI, and time series analytics through coursework, research, or industry experience, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
