Support users with escalated tickets and access issues. Optimize system operations and resource utilization. Perform system capacity analysis and planning. Configure, install, and maintain system hardware and software. Support dispatch systems and resolve hardware issues. Required Skills:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. 10+ years of System Administration experience with large programs or systems. Bachelor's degree in a technical field. (Five years of additional system administration experience may replace degree.) Experience with Linux, Windows, and Virtualization technologies.
