We are seeking an Electrical Industrial Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Responsibilities:
* Order Entry * Customer Service * Provide order status for customers * Resolve customer inquiries and complaints * Confirming customer pricing on all new purchase orders * Submit Quotes for customers
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields * Familiarity with CRM platforms * Ability to build rapport with clients * Strong negotiation skills * Deadline and detail-oriented
