We're looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our sales team and help healthcare providers discover the benefits of our industry-leading Mailback Solutions program. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious professionals looking to launch or pivot into a sales careerno prior sales experience required. As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding MedPro's customer base by connecting with healthcare facilities, educating them on compliant and cost-effective waste management solutions, and converting qualified prospects into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, engage, and qualify healthcare providers through outbound calls, email, social media, and research Re-engage recently closed-lost, recycled, and previously unresponsive leads, identifying new buying triggers and objections Lead discovery conversations to understand operational needs, compliance concerns, and cost drivers Present and position MedPro's Mailback Solutions as a compliant, cost-effective alternative Close qualified opportunities independently, with a focus on strong gross profit margins Collaborate with senior Account Executives on larger or more complex deals as needed Accurately track activity, opportunities, and deal progress in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Participate in structured sales training, coaching, and ongoing mentorship designed to accelerate promotion into a full Account Executive role Qualifications
A strong desire to excel in a sales career, regardless of prior experience. Ability to build rapport quickly and engage effectively with potential clients. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-driven attitude. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace challenges as opportunities. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not required. Interest in healthcare compliance and environmental sustainability is a bonus. Competitive Earnings: On-target earnings (OTE) of $67K+ per year, with uncapped commissions.
