We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and product knowledge. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on inbound leads to generate new business. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet company sales goals. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Qualifications
2+ years of inside sales, sales support, or customer service experience (industrial, construction, or technical services preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred
Experience in industrial services, material handling, conveyor systems, or mechanical/electrical services Familiarity with quoting, estimating, or service-based sales models Basic understanding of service contracts, maintenance agreements, or project workflows Key Competencies
