Routing/switching (Cisco) installation and configuration. Collaborates with network architect on network optimization. Secures network systems by establishing and enforcing policies and defining and monitoring access. Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Network Engineer Qualifications/Skills: Network design and implementation Experience in network administration Network troubleshooting Problem solving and analytical skills Strong documentation skills LAN knowledge Network hardware configuration Network performance tuning Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration: CCNA CCNP
