Play very active role in the internal governance/communication between Digital Com, AppOp team and Business stakeholders. • Support the Sr. Manager to offload some of their tasks • Drive the Onsite Offshore communication/coordination and there-by minimise the effort of Customer Sr. Managers offshore coordination (Currently this is the only onsite position for this team) • Wear a Program Manager hat for forecasting and Planning on a need basis. • Has a strong understanding of Digital Marketing domain and Martech technologies • Experience in implementing and activating a CDP • Knowledge of Wordpress, SFMC, Datorama, Tealium would be a plus - but not a requirement • Co-ordinate across business teams and technical teams as required • Ability to drive delivery across Martech operations & initiatives
