Your Role in Our Success: Greet customers in our Print Solutions department with warmth and enthusiasm. Engage customers by asking open-ended questions to fully grasp their printing needs. Utilize our order intake tools to gather project information and provide comprehensive printing solutions. Assist customers in the self-service area with copy machines and PC rentals. Generate potential leads by asking insightful questions during consultations. Adapt to perform other responsibilities as required, including assisting with shipping tasks. Key Skills and Qualifications: Flexible availability based on the store's schedule Ability to engage with customers to deliver tailored solutions Meticulous attention to detail to ensure product quality Basic computer skills for handling electronic files and using software like Microsoft Word Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment Conflict management skills that promote a friendly and non-confrontational atmosphere Act with integrity in handling customer and business information Physical capability to lift items weighing 10-50 pounds and remain on your feet Staples does not sponsor work visas for this position.
