We are searching for an innovative Senior Reporting/Solution Expert to join our experienced team in a Telecommuting capacity. This creative role offers an excellent opportunity to directly impact an innovative function and secure your future with an industry leader. This position is predominantly responsible for creating new, modifying existing, and analyzing the data within regulatory reports and interacting directly with state health plans. This position is a primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and analyzing all types of reports consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value. Generally, work is self-directed and not prescribed.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
Gather, interpret, and analyze business needs and requirements
Create and interpret functional and technical specifications and design documents
Provides analytical support and expertise when compiling and reporting information
Evaluates and presents information in a manner that will facilitate management's understanding of the results and impact
Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
Translates concepts into practice
Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
Provides management with statistical findings and conclusions in analyzing interpreting trends and root cause analysis
Understand how various data elements and subject areas are utilized for reporting
Anticipates operational needs and proactively works with business and team members to find best solutions

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience developing in PL/SQL with Oracle and/or Toad performing moderately complex analyses
3+ years of experience gathering business requirements and analyzing data for moderately complex reporting
3+ years of experience building reports and dashboards using BI technology, such as PowerBI
3+ years of experience with client relations/customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare industry experience, particularly familiarity with Medicaid & Medicare
Project Management experience
Experience in Talend, PowerBI, and/or Tableau
Experience with Cloud technology, such as Snowflake, Databricks, ADF
Work history demonstrating excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
