To thrive as the Inside Sales Representative, you should have: Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant hands-on experience Minimum of 12 years of inside sales experience, preferably within oil & gas products or an industrial manufacturing environment Proven technical aptitude with sales systems, quoting processes, and customer communication in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Your responsibilities as the Inside Sales Representative will include: Prepare accurate quotations and manage sales orders from inquiry through fulfillment Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams Serve as a key liaison between sales, manufacturing, distribution, and customers Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and support sales growth through proactive communication About Us: Cactus Flow Products designs and manufactures premium chokes, pig valves, and choke components built for reliability in demanding applications.
