*Your Impact: *
In support of an active DISA prototyping effort, Digital Security & Analytics has assembled a multidisciplinary team of network engineers, systems engineers, Unified Communications engineers, integration engineers, change management specialists, information assurance professionals, and procurement experts with deep knowledge of Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) processes. This team is currently supporting a program that delivers critical network capabilities to the Department of Defense.
Amentum remains committed to sustaining and strengthening this team throughout the prototype development, testing, and demonstration phases—and, as needed, through integration, deployment, and long-term sustainment. Team members are expected to be critical thinkers with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Success in this role requires the ability to quickly adapt to emerging challenges, think strategically under pressure, and effectively navigate both the front-end and back-end of new technologies and processes.
*Responsibilities: *
The duties and responsibilities of the Program Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Manage all aspects of program execution, including specific task orders, ensuring adherence to established timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
* Ensure a robust integrated master schedule processes is in-place that implements agile software development against firm requirements. Implement a governance process in partnership with the Gov.
* Serve as the key liaison between the contract team, Government stakeholders, and internal leadership.

* Prepare transparent PMRs for the Government and Amentum leadership
* Implement a comprehensive risk management process.
* Provide financial forecasts and EAC in partnership with the Business Operations.
* Provide both technical and administrative leadership, supervision, and guidance to all contractor personnel assigned to the task order.
* Implement quality assurance measures and quality control processes to reduce or eliminate defects.
* Monitor and ensure that program milestones and objectives are met in compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
* Manage and support the development of team members, providing regular performance feedback aligned with corporate timelines and long-term career growth objectives.
* Collaborate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders, including multiple contractors and government personnel, in a complex team environment to ensure the program delivers the expected benefits and value.
* Contribute to and lead proposal development efforts in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from prospective customers.
*Requirements:*
* Prior experience serving as a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager on a Major Automated Information System (MAIS) ACAT III program , with demonstrated responsibility for team leadership, schedule management and budget management.
* Proven track record of progressive management roles, each with increasing levels of responsibility, including oversight of teams consisting of 30 or more personnel.
* Comprehensive knowledge of IT acquisitions and product lifecycle management, including oversight of development, logistics, operations, and functional support requirements.
* Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies to include sprint management and backlog management.
* Proven ability to manage government expectations while fostering a positive, trust-based relationship with stakeholders.
* Demonstrated success in recommending and implementing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and advance mission objectives.
* Strong understanding of security requirements related to Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise systems.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and Atlassian tools such as Jira.
* Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Demonstrated experience leading a geographically dispersed team of highly technical professionals.
* Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
*Clearance Required:*
* Must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI or TS with the ability to acquire SCI
*Minimum Education:*
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, IT, business, or a related field
*Minimum Years of Experience:*
* 10+ years of related experience

Pay: $230,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
