Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay plan with uncapped earning potential starting at $70,000-$90,000 per year Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (eligible after 60 days) Life & AD&D Insurance (company-paid and voluntary) Voluntary Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage 401(k) with company match after 1 year (up to 4%) Ongoing training and career growth opportunities Responsibilities Assisting customers who enter the dealership, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs Selling a minimum number of vehicles based on the goals and objectives defined by the sales manager Explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
