The Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights through enterprise reporting and visualization by partnering closely with finance and business stakeholders. This role will focus on designing and maintaining Power BI reporting solutions by turning business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and supporting Copperweld's evolving enterprise data platforms. The analyst plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy, automation, and governance to enable informed and timely decision-making across the organization.
WHAT we need you to do. Partner with finance and business stakeholders to gather enterprise reporting requirements and turn them into actionable insights Design, develop, test, validate, and deploy Business Intelligence solutions across multiple functional areas Support the migration of enterprise data warehouse and reporting platforms, ensuring data accuracy and performance Establish and maintain data quality, security, and privacy standards within reporting solutions Improve reporting efficiency through automation, standardization, and integration of reporting tools to provide a single source of reporting Provide user support and troubleshoot functional and technical issues Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analysis that support strategic initiatives Perform other duties as assigned WHAT you need to possess.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data management roles Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering Power BI dashboards and reports Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Power Automate Solid understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and data transformation best practices Familiarity with data governance, master data management, and data security standards Ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and translate complex data into clear insights Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement WHY Copperweld?
