Many opportunities are available in California and New York, with additional roles in other states and Europe. Who Should Apply: We encourage applications from professionals with substantial experience in AI, ML, and Data Science, either from reputable tech companies or top 100 global universities. We offer visa sponsorship for H1B transfers and will consider student visa applications based on qualifications from top 50 global universities. Experience Levels: We welcome candidates from early-career engineers to senior individual contributors, leads, and principal engineers. General Qualifications: Ability to develop or implement machine learning systems in real-world production environments. Experience in leading tech companies, Tier 1 VC-backed startups, prestigious research institutions, or high-performing engineering teams. Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, such as model creation, optimization, and performance evaluation. Hands-on expertise in at least one specialization area: Large Language Models & Generative AI Computer Vision NLP / NLU Reinforcement Learning Recommendation Systems Time Series & Forecasting Applied Deep Learning Familiarity with modern machine learning engineering practices, including: MLOps workflows Model monitoring and observability Deployment strategies for cloud or edge environments Vector databases and embeddings Retrieval-augmented systems Experience in distributed computing, data infrastructure, or high-performance computing is highly desirable. Strong programming skills (preferably in Python) and familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, LangChain, Ray, etc. Experience mentoring engineers, leading technical projects, or fostering collaboration across teams is valued.
