McMillen, Inc. is looking for a motivated CRM Data and Content Coordinator to elevate our marketing data and content management systems. This pivotal role ensures the accuracy, quality, and strategic utilization of our CRM and marketing database, playing a key part in supporting business development and proposal efforts across the firm. We are searching for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position offers flexibility for remote or in-office work, depending on your location. Key Responsibilities: CRM and Database Management
Manage, clean, and update all project, client, and opportunity data within our CRM system (Unanet Cosential preferred). Establish and enforce database protocols and best practices to maintain data quality and consistency. Troubleshoot database issues and proactively identify opportunities for increased efficiency. Generate and analyze reports to support marketing and business development strategies.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and various departments to gather accurate project details and relevant data. Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to the CRM. Support proposal and pursuit teams by ensuring database content is accurate and readily accessible.
Technical Writing and Data Curation
Create and refine project descriptions, resumes, and technical marketing content for proposals and pursuits. Ensure all written materials are consistent, concise, and align with our brand messaging.
Process Improvement and Technology
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in data management processes and propose innovative solutions. Stay informed about CRM best practices and emerging marketing technologies to enhance data management and team productivity.
Qualifications: Required:
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years managing CRM systems or similar databases. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Proficient technical writing and editing skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating with project managers and cross-departmental teams to gather information. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Tech-savvy with a rapid ability to learn and adapt to new software.
Preferred:
Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sector. Familiarity with Cosential/Unanet CRM or similar platforms. Knowledge of proposal development and marketing support for business pursuits. Master's degree in Technical Communication or a related field.
Compensation Package: Pay Range:
$85,000-$95,000 (dependent on experience) Benefits:
