8+ years of Business and Data Analysis experience Strong SQL proficiency Agile experience (Jira user stories - business & technical) Mortgage domain experience (required) Securitization or Freddie Mac/Client experience Command-line experience (running Python scripts, log analysis) Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Adaptable to evolving business needs Responsibilities
Build scalable data platforms with business and technology teams Analyze and interpret complex data sources Deliver end-to-end analytical solutions Identify opportunities for advanced analytics and reporting Support ML, NLP, and automation initiatives Conduct exploratory data analysis Collaborate closely with peers and stakeholders
