Crossway Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary pediatric practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We specialize in evidence-based, relationship-centered care for children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, neurological differences, and complex medical needs. Our collaborative team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, BCBAs, and educators working together to support meaningful, functional outcomes.
We are seeking a *dedicated, compassionate Occupational Therapist* who is passionate about pediatric care and values teamwork, clinical excellence, and whole-child development.
Position Overview
The Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive, individualized therapy services to pediatric clients across clinic, school-based, and community settings as appropriate. This role focuses on promoting independence, participation in daily activities, and functional skill development through evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
Responsibilities
* Evaluate children’s *physical, cognitive, sensory, emotional, and functional needs*
* Develop and implement *individualized treatment plans* aligned with family goals
* Address *Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)* including dressing, feeding, grooming, play, and school participation
* Implement therapeutic interventions for children with:
* Autism spectrum disorder
* Developmental delays
* Neurological conditions
* Sensory processing differences
* Collaborate with *multidisciplinary teams* including PTs, SLPs, BCBAs, educators, and physicians
* Provide *parent/caregiver education* and home program support
* Maintain accurate, timely *documentation and progress notes*
* Participate in team meetings, care coordination, and discharge planning as needed
* Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy, anatomy, physiology, and pediatric development
Qualifications
* Current *state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)*
* Experience working with *pediatric populations*, including early intervention and school-aged children
* Experience with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities preferred
* Knowledge of:
* ADLs and functional skill development
* Sensory integration and motor development
* Care planning and clinical documentation
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to adapt interventions across clinic, school, and community environments

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
