Position Overview The Sales Division Manager is an energetic leader dedicated to inspiring a team, sealing deals, and driving sales performance. This role is instrumental in team development, transforming innovative ideas into revenue-generating initiatives, and building a robust sales foundation—similar to crafting exceptional corrugated products. Your mission will be to enhance sales and profit margins, focusing on existing and prospective clients. While managing a select few strategic accounts, you will oversee both external sales and internal design teams, collaborating closely with production, customer service, estimating, purchasing, and design to ensure high customer satisfaction and production efficiency. Partnering with the General Manager, you will help shape strategic plans for business growth. This is a stable, non-commission, flat-salary position. Responsibilities Split your schedule over five days between the office and field, supervising the sales team and making sales calls. Manage sales volume with current customers while targeting growth and profitability through acquiring new clients. Travel with territory managers to nurture and maintain strong relationships with customers. Collaborate with territory managers, customer service, design, production, and estimating to enhance profit margins. Establish and follow through on sales goals and forecasts. Set pricing strategies appropriately. Organize and facilitate sales meetings and customer events. Support and implement necessary pricing adjustments. Identify and provide training for territory managers. Engage as part of the management team to establish goals and make strategic decisions. Qualifications Educational Requirements:
Minimum BSBA required. Preferred Skills: 5+ years of proven experience in sales management with a demonstrable record of sales growth. Strong business acumen and understanding. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Highly motivated, self-directed individual with a technical aptitude and an ability to solve problems. Proficient in Office 365 tools, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. Capacity to lift 50 lbs and demonstrate corrugated products using hands-on methods. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical Demands: Ability to lift progressively up to 50 pounds from pallet height to 36 inches.
