What We Seek: A minimum of 5 years' experience developing web and/or mobile applications and delivering user-facing features with React, JavaScript, and Typescript.
Proven track record of leading impactful projects with recognition as an expert within your team.
Experience in developing and deploying user-facing features using component-based UI frameworks.
Familiarity with product and design lifecycles, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with designers, engineers, and product managers.
Commitment to writing high-quality, well-tested, extensible code.
Passion for staying current with industry standards and best practices in frontend architecture.
A proactive attitude with a growth mindset, empowering and supporting your teammates.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience launching new products from concept to scale.
Background in building active trading systems or similar high-availability financial platforms.
Personal experience with crypto trading or other financial instruments.
A minimum of 1 year developing production-grade mobile applications using React Native.
Familiarity with GraphQL and/or Relay.
History of delivering seamless and responsive user experiences through application performance optimization and latency reduction.
Experience with crypto, particularly understanding on-chain activities like Ethereum interactions, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain services.
Compensation Transparency:
The target annual base salary for this position ranges from $186,095 to $218,900 USD. Coinbase offers full-time positions including bonus eligibility, equity, and comprehensive benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
