You'll contribute significantly to the design and deployment of advanced AI agents that seamlessly integrate with business operations, translating data into insightful actions and tangible outcomes. As a member of our AI engineering team, you'll collaborate with an elite group of AI researchers, engineers, and data scientists to solve some of AI and enterprise software's toughest challenges—ranging from scalable multi-agent coordination to real-time monitoring and closed-loop retraining systems. You will report directly to a supportive Sr. Manager in Software Engineering, committed to fostering your growth and amplifying your contributions. Qualifications We're Looking For Experience with modern data platforms such as Teradata, Snowflake, or Databricks.
A keen interest in AI research, particularly in reasoning, planning, and autonomous systems.
Expertise as a full stack engineer with a passion for coding and system ownership.
Ability to create intuitive UIs with natural language interfaces for user interaction.
Strong background in engineering (Python/Java/Golang, API integration, backend frameworks).
Solid system design skills and knowledge of distributed systems.
Dedication to reliability, debuggability, and deterministic behavior of AI systems.
Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools.
Familiarity with AI observability tools and practices (e.g., logging, monitoring, metrics).
Understanding of model performance monitoring and responsible AI principles.
What You Bring to the Table A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
A genuine excitement for AI and LLMs is a huge plus!
UI/UX development skills with proficiency in JavaScript frameworks and CSS libraries.
Experience in designing and deploying integrated agentic systems.
3+ years in software architecture or AI infrastructure roles.
Strong knowledge of LLMs, RL, or cognitive architectures is very desirable.
Commitment to developing safe, human-aligned autonomous systems.
Experience in software development, preferably in Python, Go, or Java.
Familiarity with backend service development and APIs.
Interest in LLMs, autonomous agents, or AI tools.
Experience with containerized environments like Docker and Kubernetes.
Abilities in building observability dashboards for AI systems.
Bonus: Research experience or contributions to open-source initiatives!
A solid grasp of open-source tools and their innovative applications.
