About the Role: As an AI Data Infrastructure Architect, you will be at the forefront of creating and enhancing the data infrastructure that supports our cutting-edge LLM guardrail and red teaming product's detection and validation engine. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines that efficiently process and aggregate both training and monitoring data, ensuring the reliable delivery of high-quality datasets to our machine learning systems. Collaborating closely with the ML team to translate their requirements into actionable pipeline improvements and innovative data infrastructure solutions that facilitate rapid experimentation and model development. Designing and implementing comprehensive data monitoring and analytics systems to track vital performance metrics, ensuring the integrity and quality of our detection capabilities. Directly influencing the quality and performance of our AI security platform, enabling robust LLM deployment for our clients. Minimum Qualifications: A BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering with at least 8 years of industry experience. Familiarity with backend data warehouses such as Snowflake or Databricks. Proficient programming skills in languages such as Python or Golang. Strong SQL skills for complex data transformations, along with a solid understanding of handling semi-structured data. Preferred Qualifications: A background in AI security, risk detection, or fraud detection is a plus. Research experience or contributions to open-source ML projects are highly regarded. A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Why Join Us? Message to Applicants: The starting salary range for this role is between $210,600.00 and $305,100.00, reflecting projected salary for new hires in this position across various locations, excluding incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Compensation is determined by hiring location, market conditions, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, education, and certifications. Specific salary details can be provided during the hiring process. Employees eligible for benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a matching contribution, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance.
