Job Description: As a Software Engineering Specialist, you will: Exhibit competence in a range of technology frameworks, patterns, and methodologies. Translate complex technical requirements into meaningful solutions while guiding team understanding. Influence and potentially set the direction on tools, standards, and best practices for the team. Ensure software meets quality, security, scalability, and extensibility standards. Identify proof-of-concepts for new solutions or technologies, providing pros and cons to aid in decision-making. Effectively communicate technical risks and trade-offs to promote informed decision-making. Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or related fields; or equivalent experience. 9 - 12+ years of relevant software engineering experience. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns. 3+ years of experience in developing Sitecore solutions/projects. 9+ years in developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications with n-tier architectures, using the Microsoft technology stack and .NET framework. 8+ years of .NET development experience, including MVC Framework, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. 5+ years of experience with a JavaScript framework such as React or Angular. 9+ years of experience with SQL Server and T-SQL. 2+ years of experience with REST APIs. 4+ years of experience in agile environments. Utilization of Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira for work item management and CI/CD automation, alongside Git for version control. 2+ years of experience in building SaaS solutions using Azure services. 1 or more relevant technology certifications.
