As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in creating comprehensive reports and analyses of statistical data, monitoring data processing procedures, and supporting performance initiatives by providing technical support and training. Key Responsibilities: Develop advanced Power BI dashboards, building data models, creating DAX measures, and designing impactful visualizations that are ready for business use. Connect Power BI directly to Snowflake, optimize query performance, and efficiently leverage virtual warehouses. Compile data, prepare and distribute reports, and analyze results. Assist in effective program management by identifying quality and cost-effectiveness trends and collaborating with staff for data analysis. Provide training and coaching regarding processing and procedures. Analyze and report on trends within the data. Ensure data integrity and produce reports that measure data accuracy. Extract and analyze information based on plan and jurisdictional requirements. Prepare statistical data for reporting and recommend training needs to management. Conduct analyses related to various performance metrics such as return-to-work trends and disability durations. Present analytical results to clients and management. Qualifications: Education:
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Economics is preferred. Experience:
Six years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience is required, with three years in query and report writing strongly preferred. Skills:
Thorough knowledge of query and report writing, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong analytical and organizational skills. Work Environment: We value a supportive work environment and accommodate as necessary. Mental:
