Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to serve as an essential link between business stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you will gather, analyze, and convert business requirements into both functional and technical specifications, ensuring solutions align with business goals and technical viability. Exceptional communication skills, analytical abilities, and a robust technical background are critical for success in this position. Key Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to collect, document, and prioritize requirements. Transform business needs into comprehensive functional and technical specifications. Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and architects to guarantee accurate implementation of requirements. Examine data flows, system integrations, and interdependencies to support solution design. Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation. Conduct gap analyses and recommend system enhancements or process improvements. Assist with testing tasks by validating test cases against established requirements. Resolve issues by reviewing logs, assessing system behavior, and analyzing data mappings. Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and technical discussions. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) connecting IT and business teams.
