Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze client, program, and operational data to identify trends, performance indicators, and areas for improvement. Prepare and generate consolidated reports for senior management, Resource Development, program leadership, and external stakeholders. Manage and submit required reports, including NeighborWorks monthly and quarterly reports and HUD 9902 submissions. Support grant reporting, audits, and compliance requirements for municipal, state, and federal funders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Advisory Support Collaborate with the Director of Homeownership Services, Director of Lending, Director of Resource Development, and Operations staff to align data outputs with reporting and compliance requirements. Provide data-driven insights to support program assessment, long-term studies, and evaluation of program effectiveness. Advise leadership on data-related risks, trends, and implications impacting funding, compliance, and program outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities Obtain and disseminate data and research related to NHSNYC’s mission and programs. Provide staff support related to the coordination of reports and data needs, as required. Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the scope of the position.
Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required, degree or coursework in data analysis, research, urban planning, public policy, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated experience managing databases, client management systems, or reporting platforms. Experience preparing reports for government funders and regulatory agencies strongly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
