Required skills and qualifications: Experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Experience with SAP datasets. Experience in coordinating teams and clients. Experience in requirements gathering both technical and business processes. Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Expert level in Excel, PowerPoint, and Reporting Tools Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field. Responsibilities:
Identify and communicate with key stakeholders. Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of the client's organization and industry. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Filter and clean data by reviewing data, reports, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solutions. Develop functional specifications for client engagements. Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, financial reports, and other key metrics. Liaise between various business departments and IT groups. Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling. Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
