Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in quantitative field. Hands-on validation experience of Models, NMTs, or EUCs, with ability to differentiate between them and apply appropriate governance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Experience applying statistical, quantitative, and/or machine learning techniques to business problems. Ability to clearly communicate complex analytical results to non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration. Flexible and adaptable in managing tight deadlines, competing priorities, and evolving requirements. Strong business acumen, with the ability to evaluate the purpose, use case, and risk implications of Models, NMTs, and EUCs. Proficiency in data manipulation and statistical programming tools such as Python, PySpark, R, or SAS. Familiarity with development, implementation, and monitoring processes. Ability to design benchmark models or non-model solutions to test robustness and validity.
